As promised in my introduction yesterday, I’m kicking off my Follow Along to share the progress of my new business venture. This isn’t going to be your typical “buy traffic → run A/B tests → make a few quick CPA/CPI bucks” kind of thread. Instead, I’m aiming to create something much bigger, long-term, and scalable.
The plan?
To build a large network of premium (but free) adult video websites, with the goal of generating consistent traffic and monetizing through strategic deals, partnerships, and trades. The focus will be on building real digital assets, not just short-term campaigns. Initially, I’ll invest in paid traffic to get things moving, while simultaneously working on long-term organic growth.
A Bit About Me
My name’s Mark, I’m 29 years old, and I’m from the Netherlands (shout-out to any fellow Dutch members here). For several years, I’ve worked in media buying for various companies, covering both mainstream and adult verticals — especially mobile offers like subscriptions. I’ve always admired the people who run large portfolios of adult sites and the success they’ve built. For me, this project isn’t just about the revenue (though I won’t pretend that’s not a nice perk) — it’s also about the challenge and satisfaction of building a proper business and collaborating with great partners.

After some strategy discussions, we decided to build a centralized control panel for managing all sites in the network. This will let us control ad zones, partners, and settings across multiple sites without logging into each one individually. It adds extra development time, but it’s worth it for the long-term efficiency and added business value.

In addition to organic traffic, I’ll also buy hardlinks from other tube sites to drive consistent visitors. Since our first site is a general tube (not niche-specific), we’ll focus on buying from broader platforms instead of niche ones. Budget for this phase: $200 for a year’s worth of hardlinks across several sites.

Development of both the control center and our first site template has officially started! One key feature we’re adding is a video title rewriter to improve SEO and avoid duplicate content issues.

Today marks the official start of building the first site. We’re going with HTTPS from the start for trust and security. We’re also integrating a massive pornstar database — 40K profiles with pictures, stats, and bios. The goal is to offer rich, high-quality content that performs well in search engines and keeps users engaged.
This is just the beginning. My aim is to scale this into a serious network of high-traffic sites that generate consistent revenue streams. I’ll be sharing everything here — the wins, the challenges, the experiments, and the lessons learned along the way.
