Hey everyone,

After two years in this game, countless hours of work, and six failed websites, I’m here starting my seventh affiliate marketing site. I know that sounds like a lot of trial and error, but I’m determined to keep going until I get that first real win.

The niche this time? Classic Physique Bodybuilding. It’s something I’m passionate about and understand well. The plan is to sell a mix of merchandise, supplements, training programs, and gym equipment. My success metric is simple: if this site can make $100 in sales, I’ll call it a victory. That might sound small to some, but for me, after six sites with zero sales, that would be a breakthrough.

Lessons from the Past

My first six websites taught me a lot about what not to do. I rushed through setups, launched sites without a clear traffic plan, and didn’t put enough effort into content or branding. The result? No traffic, no engagement, and definitely no sales. Just wasted time, money, and energy.

This time, I’m changing the approach completely. Instead of rushing to publish, I’m spending more time building a professional, ready-to-go site. I’m using WordPress and WooCommerce as my base, making sure everything is polished before launch.

The Game Plan

Here’s what I’ll be focusing on:

  1. Content First – Before launch, I’ll write several high-quality articles designed to attract my target audience. I want this site to offer value right from day one.
  2. Sales Funnel Setup – I’ll create a proper funnel to capture leads and nurture them into buyers, rather than hoping random visitors make an immediate purchase.
  3. Email Marketing – I’ll collect emails through lead magnets and keep in touch with subscribers, sending value-driven content along with promotions.
  4. Social Media Push – I’ll use platforms where bodybuilding content performs well to drive traffic to the site.
  5. SEO & Blogging – While I’ve struggled with SEO in the past, I’m committing to building a blog as my main traffic driver. This means keyword research, optimization, and consistent publishing.

Current Status

The site isn’t live yet. I’m still in the setup phase, making sure the design, product listings, and backend systems are solid. I’m resisting the urge to rush because I know a sloppy launch can kill momentum before it even starts.

Once I have the site looking professional, I’ll begin publishing the first batch of articles and may seek feedback from other marketers to spot potential improvements before I go full-scale on traffic generation.

Final Thoughts for Now

It’s been two years without a single sale, which can be frustrating to admit. But I’m still here because I believe persistence pays off. This time I have a better plan, more patience, and a niche I genuinely enjoy.

I’ll post regular updates here — wins, losses, traffic numbers, and sales — so you can follow along with my progress. Hopefully, this seventh site will finally be the one that breaks the streak and proves that all those earlier failures were just stepping stones.

Stay tuned.
