I've been running native ad campaigns for a while and started thinking about how often users see the same ad. I set frequency caps in some campaigns and watched how performance changed. I noticed that some ads get a lot of impressions but fewer clicks over time.

I experimented with different cap limits and checked if engagement improved. I also looked at how often users returned to the site after seeing the ads. The results seem mixed, and I'm not sure if I'm annoying people or just keeping them interested.
