Being too early or too late in affiliate marketing depends more on how prepared someone is rather than the timing itself. Some people enter very early but struggle because they don’t understand how to choose the right offers or drive the right traffic. Others come in late and still succeed because they take time to learn, test, and stay consistent. The truth is, affiliate marketing keeps growing. New products, platforms, and traffic sources keep showing up. So while some niches may become more competitive, there’s always space for fresh ideas and better strategies. What seems late today could still be the start of something big if the effort and approach are right. Everyone learns at their own pace. How do you see this kind of timing issue?
