Yes, using testimonials in emails can help build trust and make your message stronger. When people see that others have used a product and had a good experience, they may feel more confident about trying it. You don’t need a long story—even a short quote or comment can work well. Try to use something that shows how the product helped someone solve a problem or get a good result. If you’re promoting an affiliate product and the sales page already has real reviews, you can take one or two and share them briefly in your email. Just make sure they are clear and easy to understand. It’s best to place testimonials near your call to action so readers can see both the proof and the next step.
