Plugin tools are easier to set up inside a website, especially if you’re using something like WordPress. They often save time since everything works from your dashboard. But they can slow down your site if you use too many, and updates can sometimes cause problems. Standalone web apps, on the other hand, work outside your website. They usually give more features, better performance, and don’t affect your site speed. The downside is that they may require more steps to connect or manage. It depends on what you're trying to do and how comfortable you are with setting things up. Are there certain tools you've seen that make one option better than the other?
