Which affiliate networks accept pop traffic and redirect campaigns?

I've noticed that some affiliate networks are more open to pop traffic and redirect campaigns than others. Networks like PopCash and TrafficHunt seem to accept these types of campaigns without many restrictions. Other networks like MGID and PropellerAds also work with pop traffic, but their policies can change, so it's best to check directly with them.
