Hey everyone,

I’ve decided to start this follow along to track my progress, share what I’m learning, and hopefully get some tips from those who’ve been down this road before. Last week was my very first week testing Zeropark traffic for Peerfly offers, and let’s just say… it wasn’t pretty.

I kept things super simple to start with – no landing pages, just direct linking to see how the traffic behaves. I ran all campaigns on RON (Run of Network) traffic, Desktop only, so I could get a broad view of performance. My main goal was to gather data, not to profit right away. Here’s how it went:

Campaign 1 – Johnson Baby Relief (Email Submit)

  • Payout: $1.60
  • Traffic: RON / Desktop
  • Method: Direct linking
  • Spent: $14.68
  • Conversions: 0
  • ROI: -100%

This one seemed like it might work with a wide audience, but no conversions at all. Probably too broad, and maybe desktop isn’t ideal for this type of offer.

Campaign 2 – Diabetes Wristband (ZIP Submit)

  • Payout: $0.80
  • Traffic: RON / Desktop
  • Method: Direct linking
  • Spent: $11.23
  • Conversions: 0
  • ROI: -100%

Thought it might appeal to a specific niche, but again… nothing. I’m starting to suspect that without a pre-sell, these kinds of offers just won’t convert on RON traffic.

Campaign 3 – TopLifestyleTips.com (Email Submit)

  • Payout: $0.80
  • Traffic: RON / Desktop
  • Method: Direct linking
  • Spent: $5.10
  • Conversions: 0
  • ROI: -100%

Smallest spend so far, but still zero results. By this point, it was clear that something major in my approach needs to change.

Where I Think I Went Wrong

  1. Direct Linking Only – No landing page to warm up the visitor before the offer.
  2. Too Broad (RON) – Cheap, but too random for these offers.
  3. No Device Testing – I stuck to desktop, but mobile might be a better fit.
  4. No Optimization – I didn’t cut bad zones early enough.

Next Steps

  • Test with simple landing pages to pre-sell the offer.
  • Move from RON to more targeted traffic.
  • Try mobile traffic for simple submits.
  • Cut non-performing zones much sooner.
  • Focus on offers with higher EPC or proven pop/push performance.

This first week feels like tuition paid to the “School of Affiliate Marketing.” I’m down some budget, but it’s part of the learning curve. The plan now is to adjust, test smarter, and get this follow along to a point where I’m posting green numbers instead of red.

I’ll keep updating with my results, good or bad, as I tweak my campaigns. Any guidance from experienced Zeropark/Peerfly users is very welcome.
