For social media that want to set KPIs for their audience, there should be focus on leads generated, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and revenue attribution. There is a need to set leading indicatilors, and lagging indicators.

There is a need to create individual and team goals that roll up to overall business objectives. Regular reviews and adjustments can as well go a long way to ensure alignment. What do you think about this? Share it.
