Hey everyone,
I’m kicking off another journey in the adult business, and this time, I’m going all in on whitelabels. I’ve worked on various models in this niche before, but whitelabel sites have always stood out as a scalable and relatively straightforward way to create long-term income streams. So, I figured—why not go bigger this time and turn it into something worth following?
The approach is simple on paper, but like most things in this industry, success depends on consistent execution. Here’s my core plan:
Right now, I’ve already set up most of the groundwork. I have 37 out of 39 whitelabels ready with their frameworks in place. At this point, they’re essentially functional websites with the standard whitelabel structure, but they don’t yet have any unique content or custom branding.
Some of these sites are already attracting a small trickle of visitors, so I’m starting with a bit of a head start instead of launching from zero. One particular whitelabel is pulling in the highest share of my existing traffic, and I plan to build on that momentum.
Here’s what’s next on the to-do list before I can really scale these projects:
Some might ask—why focus on whitelabels instead of building custom sites from scratch? For me, the appeal is speed and scalability. The infrastructure is already in place, meaning I can focus on branding, SEO, and traffic generation rather than coding and backend development. Plus, once I dial in what works for one site, I can replicate it across the others fairly quickly.
The ultimate aim here is to create a network of income-generating sites that run with minimal intervention. I know it won’t be passive from day one—there’s going to be a lot of content creation, backlink outreach, and optimization involved—but the long-term vision is to have these whitelabels become reliable digital assets.
This thread will serve as my follow-along log where I’ll share updates, traffic stats, SEO wins (and failures), and any lessons learned along the way. The plan is to be transparent about the process so others can learn from my approach—whether you’re in the adult niche or looking to apply similar strategies elsewhere.
Thanks for checking out the first post—stay tuned for more updates as this journey unfolds!
The Game Plan
The approach is simple on paper, but like most things in this industry, success depends on consistent execution. Here’s my core plan:
- Build multiple whitelabel websites – Focused on different sub-niches to cover more ground and target a variety of audiences.
- Drive traffic primarily via SEO – Relying on organic traffic means less dependency on ad spend and more sustainable results over time.
- Monetize effectively – Current payout model is $40 PPS (per sale), which is decent if traffic quality is high.
Current Situation
- Websites live: 37 out of 39
- Framework: Installed and functional
- Content: Standard placeholder content (needs replacement with unique material)
- Traffic: A modest amount already trickling in
- Payouts: $40 PPS, so even moderate conversion rates could be profitable
Next Steps
Here’s what’s next on the to-do list before I can really scale these projects:
- Buy unique, high-quality content – The current generic text will be replaced with niche-targeted content that improves SEO rankings and gives visitors a reason to stay.
- Invest in backlinks – Strong, relevant backlinks are essential for ranking, so I’ll be acquiring these gradually to build domain authority.
- Develop a PBN (Private Blog Network) – This will give me more control over link-building and help maintain a competitive edge.
Why Whitelabels?
Some might ask—why focus on whitelabels instead of building custom sites from scratch? For me, the appeal is speed and scalability. The infrastructure is already in place, meaning I can focus on branding, SEO, and traffic generation rather than coding and backend development. Plus, once I dial in what works for one site, I can replicate it across the others fairly quickly.
