Should I use link shorteners or cloaking for my affiliate links, or just put raw URLs in my content?

Using link shorteners or cloaking can help make affiliate links look cleaner and more trustworthy. Raw links often look long and messy, which might make people hesitate before clicking. A shorter link can look better in your content and sometimes helps with tracking clicks more easily. Some tools also let you brand your shortened links, which adds to trust. However, it’s good to be transparent too. Hiding where the link leads completely might make people feel unsure. A good way is to use clean links but also explain what the link is for, so people know what they’re clicking on. That way it feels more open and still looks neat. Do you think that makes a difference?
