Hey everyone,

I’ve been quietly absorbing knowledge here for months, and now it’s finally time to take action. I’ve decided to start my first official follow-along thread — partly to stay accountable, and partly to connect with others walking a similar path.

To be upfront, English isn’t my first language, so apologies in advance for any grammar hiccups. But that won’t stop me from pushing forward and building something real in the affiliate space.

My Goal

Let’s keep it simple and ambitious:

  • Target: $10,000 per month profit
  • Timeline: Within the next 6 months

I know it’s a big goal, but I’m not here to play small. I’m treating this like a business, and I’m ready to test, fail, learn, and improve every single week.

Starting Budget

  • Total Budget: $5,000This includes ad spend, tools, trackers, domains, and whatever else I need to move forward. I’ve saved this up over time, and I’m fully committed to reinvesting profits as they come.

Niches

  • Starting with: Adult
  • Later Expansion: Health & Beauty

I chose adult because it’s fast-paced, volume-heavy, and it teaches you lessons quickly. Health & beauty is on my radar for later because of the long-term potential and higher EPCs.

Current Setup

Traffic Sources:

  • Zeropark
  • Revcontent
  • PropellerAds
  • TrafficJunky (still figuring it out)Note: I’ve joined TrafficFactory too, but the $500 minimum is a bit steep for now, so I’ll wait until I have better data.

Affiliate Networks:

  • MaxBounty
  • AdCombo
  • CrakRevenue (Support has been disappointing so far — still don’t know who my AM is)

Tracking Tool:

  • Voluum (trial version – 30 days, 250k event limit, one custom domain)

Other Tools:

  • AdultPlexity (using it for spy/competitor research)
  • Native Plexity planned for later when I move into native campaigns

What I’ve Done So Far

  • Created 8 responsive adult landing pages
    • Cleaned up JS redirects
    • Added click-tracking and all necessary scripts
    • Set them up to split test properly via Voluum
  • Chosen 5 adult offers that seem promising based on payout and flow
  • Planning to A/B test landers and offers across mobile traffic initially

Immediate Next Steps

  1. Add the selected landers and offers into Voluum.
  2. Launch 2 mobile campaigns via Zeropark to start collecting data.
  3. Research bot filtering methods (especially for adult traffic).
    • Voluum’s filtering has limits (only 50 IP rules allowed), so I may need to get creative with filtering by user-agent or redirects.
  4. Learn how TrafficJunky’s in-house tracking works and whether it's more efficient than running everything through Voluum.

Some Early Thoughts

One thing I’ve noticed: Many journey threads stop updating after a few posts. Most likely because things didn’t work out. It’s easy to disappear when campaigns fail, but I want to approach this differently.

Here’s what I’ve learned in just a few months of prep: 95% of success comes from testing and optimizing. Too many people expect results after throwing up a single campaign. That’s not how this works. I’m preparing to test a lot. Whether I win or lose, I’ll share everything here — including the ugly parts.

Community

If you’ve run campaigns in these niches, I’d love to hear your input. Whether it’s tips on bot filtering, ad creatives that work, or networks worth switching to — I’m all ears.

I’ll be updating this thread every 1–3 days with my progress, new insights, and campaign results. Let’s see where this goes.

Thanks for reading, and good luck with your own affiliate journey!
