Hey everyone,
I’m new around here, and I’m excited to finally kick off my journey with affiliate marketing — something I’ve been curious about for a while but only recently decided to dive into headfirst. After lurking around forums and soaking up as much information as I could, I figured the best way to grow, stay accountable, and maybe even inspire someone else is to document my path publicly. So here I am!
Let’s start with the basics. I’m not coming into this completely blind. I understand the fundamentals of affiliate marketing, and I’ve been learning about how paid ads work — mostly focusing on Facebook Ads for now. I recently signed up on Digistore24 and have been browsing offers on JVZoo too. Unfortunately, ClickBank wasn’t an option for me (still figuring out why), but that’s not slowing me down.
I launched my first Facebook ad campaign just a couple of days ago. Nothing huge — it’s a short 7-day test to dip my toes in and get a feel for the platform. The early results? Encouraging! I'm getting likes on my Facebook page and people are visiting my site. It may be a small amount of traffic — just around 20 visitors a day — but considering I only started all of this in June, I’m genuinely excited.
To me, every click and every pageview is proof that the process works. It’s surreal watching people from different parts of the world land on my page. I know I’ve barely scratched the surface, but it’s a great start.
Right now, the big hurdle I’m facing is converting traffic into actual commissions. I’m currently promoting a product — it’s a digital book with a $24 commission — and I’ve had about 28 views on the sales page so far. No sales yet, but I know this is where the real learning begins.
I’m not discouraged. I realize affiliate marketing is more than just sending people to links. There’s a psychology to conversions — trust, relevance, timing, and positioning. That’s the area I want to master.
My immediate goal is to hit $500 per month in consistent affiliate income. I know to some, that might not sound like much, but for me, it’s a solid foundation. My long-term vision? Scaling that to $500 per day. I want to build something sustainable, scalable, and rewarding.
This is where I turn to you all — the community. I’d love advice, tips, or just words of encouragement as I figure out:
I’ll keep this thread updated with everything: wins, losses, insights, and maybe even some of the mental battles along the way. I’m committed to learning, adapting, and showing up every day.
Thanks for reading — and if you're on a similar path, let’s connect and support each other.
Let’s get it done — together!

Where I Stand Right Now
Let’s start with the basics.

The Current Challenge: Conversions
Right now, the big hurdle I’m facing is converting traffic into actual commissions. I’m currently promoting a product — it’s a digital book with a $24 commission — and I’ve had about 28 views on the sales page so far. No sales yet, but I know this is where the real learning begins.

The Goal: $500 Per Month and Beyond
My immediate goal is to hit $500 per month in consistent affiliate income. I know to some, that might not sound like much, but for me, it’s a solid foundation. My long-term vision? Scaling that to $500 per day. I want to build something sustainable, scalable, and rewarding.
