Campaign Details
- Offer Type: Sweepstakes – Gift Card Giveaway
- GEO: US & UK
- Payout: $2.30 SOI
- Network: Private CPA Network
- Traffic Sources: Push Ads (main), Facebook Social Ads (retargeting)
Day 1-3 – Testing Phase
What I did:
- Launched 2 landing page variants:
- Seasonal Christmas design (snow animation, countdown timer)
- Generic gift card page with light holiday touch
- Started with $140/day testing budget on push traffic
- Monitored CTR & EPC for both LPs
Results:
- Seasonal LP had 43% higher CTR
- Push ads brought strong initial volume but CR was modest at 10%
Day 4-7 – Optimization & Retargeting
What I did:
- Paused generic LP – only running the seasonal one now
- Added Facebook retargeting for users who clicked LP but didn’t convert
- Created urgency creatives: “Last Chance – Ends Christmas Eve!”
Results:
- Facebook warm retargeting CR jumped to 17%
- Push ads CR improved to 13% with better targeting
- EPC increased from $0.28 to $0.35
Day 8-10 – Scaling Phase
What I did:
- Increased push budget to $200/day
- Doubled Facebook ad spend for retargeting
- Rotated fresh creatives to fight ad fatigue
Results:
- Total leads: 1,978
- Revenue: $4,550
- Spend: $1,550
- Profit: $2,950 (ROI 190%)
