Hey everyone,
Figured it’s time to share what I’m working on for Q4 and hold myself accountable.
Target:
The goal is simple — 40 niche affiliate sites earning $10/day each = $400/day by Christmas.
I’ve been in this game for about 13 months now. Over that time, I managed to pull in around $13,000 from affiliate marketing.
Sounds great… until I admit I spent every last cent. Yep — no savings, no backup fund. Was it smart? Probably not. But honestly, I don’t regret it. I learned a lot, had some fun, and life’s too short to dwell on past mistakes.
The good news? I now have the experience, the confidence, and a plan. This time I’m aiming much higher, and I want to bring you all along for the ride.
I’m launching 40 affiliate niche websites all at once.
Here’s the math I’m chasing:
I’m giving myself until Christmas to get there. Q4 is a goldmine for the right niches, and I plan to take full advantage.
My primary focus will be on the USA and UK. They’ve always been my top-performing markets in terms of conversions. That said, I’ve also had great results from Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and several countries in Europe. If traffic comes from elsewhere and it converts, I’m not complaining.
All the sites will be based on products and services — no fluff, no “maybe it will work” experiments. I’m sticking with things I know can sell.
Most of these sites will be single product niches — tightly focused, buyer-oriented content. And here’s the kicker: about 90% are winter or festive related, perfect for Q4 holiday shoppers.
If the budget allows, I’ll scale this up even further with another 10–20 sites during the season.
Because it’s a numbers game. Some sites will flop, some will do okay, and a few will crush it. By spreading across multiple niches, I lower my risk and increase my chances of landing a big winner.
Affiliate marketing works — I’ve already proven it to myself. Now it’s time to take that proof and scale it into something substantial.
A personal note: I’ll be donating 10% of whatever I earn from this project to charities that help people get off drugs and start new careers. Success means more when you can use it to make a difference.
I’ll be keeping this thread simple, transparent, and step-by-step so anyone can follow along and see exactly what I’m doing. I’ll post regular updates, results, and lessons learned along the way — the wins, the fails, and everything in between.
Q4 is here. The clock is ticking. Let’s see if I can turn this into $400/day by Christmas.
Stay tuned — first update coming soon.

Where I’m Coming From
I’ve been in this game for about 13 months now.
The Big Plan
I’m launching 40 affiliate niche websites all at once.
Here’s the math I’m chasing:
- 1 site making $10/day = $300/month
- 40 sites making $10/day = $400/day (~$12,000/month)
I’m giving myself until Christmas to get there. Q4 is a goldmine for the right niches, and I plan to take full advantage.
Markets I’m Targeting
My primary focus will be on the USA and UK. They’ve always been my top-performing markets in terms of conversions. That said, I’ve also had great results from Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and several countries in Europe. If traffic comes from elsewhere and it converts, I’m not complaining.
The Niche Game Plan
All the sites will be based on products and services — no fluff, no “maybe it will work” experiments. I’m sticking with things I know can sell.
Most of these sites will be single product niches — tightly focused, buyer-oriented content. And here’s the kicker: about 90% are winter or festive related, perfect for Q4 holiday shoppers.
If the budget allows, I’ll scale this up even further with another 10–20 sites during the season.
Why Go Wide Instead of Deep?
Because it’s a numbers game. Some sites will flop, some will do okay, and a few will crush it. By spreading across multiple niches, I lower my risk and increase my chances of landing a big winner.

Giving Back
