Recently, I've been scaling native ad campaigns and want to refine the KPIs I focus on.

I usually track click-through rate (CTR) to see how many people engage with the ad. It helps me understand if the creative and headline are working well.

Conversion rate is another metric I watch closely. After what is the essence of setting up an advert and you're not generating the desire conversion rate and make profit.

At times, I consider engagement metrics like time spent on the landing page or social shares.

But I'm not sure which KPIs are most critical when scaling campaigns for growth.
